just wanted to say a big thanks to rach, for very kindly sending me some progress cards, for me to record my triumphs(or disasters lol) on,

how nice of you, to take the time to dig them out and send them to me

little things make a day seem much nicer dont they

feelin so down this week, and when they arrived this morning, it just made me feel warm inside
