i like number 4 but would like it in pink and black and maybe change the La bit because if you were new to the salon, you wouldn't really understand it

I like no3 too, I love the flower part. Also I think it is really effective to have the La & Dea in 2 separate colours to separate the 2 words.

I wouldn't worry about changing the La bit b/c you think people won't understand it. A name is not to be understood per se but to be remembered :green:

i like 3 too but find the La bit hard to read, if it were me I simplify the La bit and the rest is lovely it looks really elegant and sophisticated
