Hi There

I am currently doing a nail tech course and we have all been using NSI nail polishes which I have also been buying to use once qualified.

I bought a China Glaze colour ath the weekend and found a big difference and really liked the way it went on.

What makes do you use and what would you suggest for someone just starting out??? I am starting to get a good collection going but don't want to be wasting money on the wrong product.

Also, love the blues and dark purples any suggestions on your fav ones.

Many thanks

im coming to the end of my course, and im using opi and i really like them!

i got a few different brands to try and opi was the best IMO,

i struggled to get the lids off the attitude polishes and when i did the outside lide came off and the inside one stayed on IYKWIM,

they have a huge range of colours too, and its handy being able able to pop into sallys and buy a few when you're out :D

hey....

..... your using Misa (NSI) ya? I always found them good, I like OPI and its probably the easiest to get but would not have the best selection of colours (where i am anyway) i find there brushes are too big for the french. Attitude, i find they dry out, get clumpy too quick. china Glaze are very good too a blue (sexy in the city) fab.
.... not a great fan of creative, i find Orly very good, thats what i am using at the moment... i have never seen such a selection of colours , they have a purple (velvet rope) and a blue (witch's blue) and i also love liquid vinyl and shine on crazy diamond....

When i'm looking for different colours , and they are cheap enough but don't last as long are Rimmel (electric)(azure)(pompous)

.... Hope that is of some help..x

Thank you very much everyone that been a great help.

I love CND's Rock Royalty (dark purple), it's an absolute beauty! CND's Hotski to Trotski is my favorite blue. :)

I use O.P.I love the colours, dry quickly and can get at sallys so very handy!

I love OPI too, great range of colours, I find them very good for when local trends hit the high street too (always a colour to suit) they go on nicely and dry quick.

I use opi polish they have great colours and you only need one coat most of the time.hth.xx
