Yep, I saw it on the day it came out and it was fantastic. I went along with my friend who had seen the stage show several times and she said it was just as good. Julie Walters is so funny and for the three (cough) older ladies in the show, I just couldn't believe how agile they were, Meryl Streep in particular! They made me feel out of breath just watching them! Well, and singing my head off! lol! Perhaps they collapsed between "takes".

I saw it and loved it.
I love Abba
I love Greece
I love julie Walters
I love Meryl Streep
I love colin Firth
I love Pierce Brosnan

I'm going to see it again!!!

Watch out for Brosnan's dodgy singing! but meryl streep is fab!

Ok hippy-chick! All Minkus asked was if it was any good! Not if you loved the celebs! Get a grip :smack:.

Couldn't agree with you more though. I lurve them all :wink2: and haven't even seen it yet although it's on the cards for the summer hols  xx

I thought it was brill, even though i dont like Abba! (dont ask)

It was a nice surprise when i saw Pierce Bronson in it, not sure which one was Colin Firth.
It was funny and a 'feel good' film, though i thought it abit cheesy. Well worth going to watch and i may now go and watch the stage version.

I absolutely loved it and would go again. Pierce Brosnan should've stuck to being 007 though and defo not sung, it's just not right!!

Julie Walters was hilarious and the film has such a fantastic feelgood factor that nobody came out of the cinema the night I saw it without a big smile on their face.

I am off to see it Wednesday .. can't wait :)
