hiya all lol... i was just wondering alot of salons where i live offer courses to get qualifications in nails and beauty treatments the local salons offering them with with the usual and unusual certificates and the collages i know only really do the city and guilds etc international...

that and sometimes ive experimented with mixing coloured pigments to my clear gel like doing glitter gels etc and it worls also xx

yep, i do this also and clients love it, ive never used shellac, gelish etc infact i have had clients come my way because their old therapists started doing the alternative and they did not like it at all and with very good feedback x

ha ha use your imagination, a fanning nail looks wide at the tip as if its narrow at the bottom and wide at the tip creating a triangular fanning shape, and i imagine a narrow nail would mean that its narrower than the nail bed so would create an uneven balance in the stress/apex line and too...

i really really suggest that you do some sort of training, acrylic products are extremly dangerous in the wrong hands, professionals are trained not only to use the products but the health and safety and chemical reactions of the products that are being used, you could cause yourself some...

hiya... ok sooo ive never heard of anyone blending white tips before just the natural ones?? usually i create my white tip with white acrylic powder...but i have also just used white tips but ive never blended them, i use a small dampen dish and mix together some clear powder and some glitter...

hiya...basically i make sure that the free edge of the natural nails are all the same length to begin with if thats possible... so that the well of the nail tip fits snugly on top and generally that works for me, hth would like to hear others tips too ;):lol:

hi there, fantastic job eh id love to get dollied up everynight he he ;) the only thing i can recommend would be a gel based nail glue they are less abrasive to the nails and come off without much hassle, im not sure of brands but when i was testing nail glues this one was dried like gloopy gel...

i think they look rather good x

its many long nights spent on ebay searching myself for some rubbish it all really depends on what you type in lol... glad i could help...(ive actually just ordered some square ones myself) ill have a lil mess about with those haha!! anytime :biggrin:
