what are everyones thoughts on this diet? ive been on it now for 2 1/2 weeks and have lost 11 lbs. i havent suffered any side affects at all, and feel great. i go on to maintenance next week and am allowed to add 5 net carbs a day (this equates to 1/2 cup of strawberries, i cant wait hahaha. has anyone else been on this and how much did they lose
