ExCel free tickets - have you got yours yet?

Before Christmas I recieved emails from some of my suppliers saying that if I clicked a link I would recieve a free ticket to the show. Now I did mine through Eve Taylor but have not yet heard anything from the organisers. Just wondering if anyone else had done this and if your tickets have arrived yet.

not done this and have to say I'm not bothering this year, last year the parking was really expensive and then the show itself was such a let down, so many of the big names that I was looking for didn't go and the final straw was when the baby show next door finished and suddenly we had loads of mums and buggies all over.
If I go to any of the shows this year it will probably be the one at the NEC
its free entry and I get the train at Northampton and come out right inside the NEC, no parking or traffic jams and if the shows a let down I can go spend my money at the Bull ring market, one train stop away:lol:

I spoke to Eve last week and she was quite happy to offer me tickets still if I wanted them. I have actually already been given a VIP card by Pro Beauty so didn't need it, but I'm sure if you call they will sort it for you.

Alternatively, if yu know anyone that has a VIP card they can nominate you for one....I've already done it for someone, but maybe someone else has theirs?

I have received my VIP card but in general tickets are not usually received until a week or two before the show.

Yes it is hard to work out the special black VIP cards, I really don't know how they selected people. Most of my suppliers did not get tickets as normal, so things have changed.

free drinks in the lounge. who has a vip on here? trying to work out how they selected people.

I also had an email from Eve Taylor a couple of days back saying they still have some of their VIP tickets left, so if any Eve Taylor geeks are loooking for entry....get in touch!

I got 2 VIP tickets. They said it was if you'd been before you got selected, but who knows!

I did apply for free tickets via beauty express although its doubtful I will be able to go as I will be 5 weeks from my due date so I will be massive ! Am gutted as I love the shows :cry:

I wonder if the 'sale' of tickets are down this year considering that its not free entry and you have to pay for the carpark to.

Thats really good that some manufacturers/companies are giving you free tickets! I hope they do it again next year. :lol:

I had a letter from ANT to say as a goodbye thing to their members they will be issuing free tickets too. Have not had mine yet.

I emailed Pro Beauty asking about the free tickets and they have confirmed that they will be sent out the week before the show. Can't wait.:green:

i applied for my free tickets from eve taylor aswell havent recieved the tickets as yet but i did get a confirmation email through to say that it had been successful

Just a quick note to day that badges will be sent out one to two weeks before the show, so if you have registered, you will receive your badge later this month! As many of you are saying, exhibitors all have an allocation of free tickets. The deadline for these has expired so if you'd like to visit as a guest of one of the exhibitors, please contact us direct on [email protected] stating the name of the exhibitor who normally invites you and we can register you free of charge on their behalf if that exhibitor has some free tickets remaining in their allocation!

Only for more weeks to go! We are all really excited here - PB at ExCel s going to be fantastic. There are more brands under one roof than at any other UK beauty show and we look forward to seeing you there!
