It's snowing outside & I just nipped out to get some lunch, and I passed 3 different people who had their umbrellas up...?

I've never actually used a brolly in the snow, as to do so I find slightly mad...

So just for a bit of fun whilst we're all snowed in, is it right or wrong to use an umbrella when it snows???

Al

never really thought about it!!!

I dont tend to use a brolly in the snow but my hair does get wet and go frizzy in it so mayb i should, just always thought i'd look silly with a brolly if its not raining!! x

I suppose if it's a wind still day an umbrella would work a treat..if it's windy..well erm forget it.

When it snows...I tend to bring loads wood in and stoke the fire to the max, open a bottle of wine and chill :lol::lol:
Cant beat it :lol::lol:

That sounds like an excellent idea, i might open a bottle myself later!! :lol:

I have and do use a brolly when it's snowing. I can't be doing with getting all that freezing stuff in my face.
I have actually been out earlier wearing a long waxed coat & waxed hat, it kept the snow off, but I was asked where my whip was!:lol:

We have now stoked up the log burner, I've made a huge vat of home made carrot & coriander soup, with slow cooked lamb shanks with a rosemary & mint gravy & mash to follow & the kids are asking for pizza:irked:. Oh, and a bottle of something Italian & red! - for the adults!!

I use an umbrella in the snow...

Actually I use an umbrella in the sun as well....!!

Am I weird or what...?? :lol:

Umbrellas are great for shielding us from all kinds of weather - rain, snow and even the sun.

I never go anywhere without my wee brolly:).

We had this conversation this morning, I hate umbrellas so I put my black wooly hat on but my mum used her umbrella

No, can't use an umbrella - too busy with my arms flapping around so I don't go flat on my face:lol:
