These are beautiful ! could you explain did you use matte Finnish polish ( called? and did you then do your design by dipping a design brush in the gelish and was and sort of topcoat used? very artistic- love them!

I just used top it off as normal, cure, wipe and then buff matt very gently not removing any more than necessary. The design is made using a dotting tool and top it off, cure than wipe. Looks really effective on princess tiara too. I've got a pic in my album i think
