Flatstones, chunky glitter and sparkles? Confused!

Im after some flat stones/gems to use to encase in gel. Ive browsed through several threads and im still a little confused as to what the difference is between the chunky glitter, flatstones and sparkles?! or is there a difference? Ive been looking on the at your fingertips website, where they have chunky glitter and sparkles.
Im after something as close to a rhinestone as poss but obviously flat ..

I get my flat stones from sewing shops, you get 100s in a bag really cheap, they come in lots of colours and are totally flat and round hth
