Have read all the comments with interest and to be honest I dont really know where I stand on this one because I dont think anyone will ever get to the true facts but, for me, I think Mikes comment sums it all up!

I think if you could be convicted of being a bloody fool, Michael Jackson would be doing life, fortunately there is no such criminal offence.

no one will ever know what went on , but sorry i think he's guilty, he knows everyone thinks he's weird and thats why he gets away with it,i cant believe any parent would let their child stay anywhere like that , if i met someone famous and they said "oh let your kid come and stay" i would hear alarm bells ringing

I agree with you Dee ... we will never know!
On one hand I feel MJ could be the victim of his own success and kindness, on the other I think he could be a sick confused pervert.
Yes, I think Michael has the mind of a child but, one thing that does concern me with a lot of peoples views, is in 'our world' of 'normality' we all seem to be forgetting.... even children can be capable of abusing!
Knowing this is why I find it hard to stand on one side or the other... so I guess Ill just stay on the fence, its usually pretty comfortable there, lol! :wink2:

I am not a Michael Jackson fan but I do beleive that he is not guilty his life is never going to be the same now . Its such a shame that a man who loves children so much should be accused of such a terrible thing .
Just because he is different ,has had wierd plastic surgery doesent mean he is a child molester.
There are people out there who are out to get him because he is different and they will carry on trying to get him its so sad .

any fit parent would surly not allow there child to go to a strangers house on there own and stay over night dont care how bloody famous you are!!!!! there is no smoke without fire

hope your all well xxxxx

I believe MJ was exploited because of who he is. He also had very bad advisers in the past. The guilty are the parents who allowed their children to stay overnight at his ranch. I am so glad he has been found innocent on all 10 counts - something I didn't think would happen, not because I thought he was guilty but because the media had already found him guilty.

I don't really understand all the Ins and Outs of the trial and actually what he was accused of because the press never made it really clear. However, if one of the charges was plying under 21's (or under 18s in this country) with alcohol then I am guilty too because I let my children drink. Albeit in moderation and I don't force it on them, but I don't make them tee total.

I'm on that fence with you guys. It's hard to say he behaves like a child and then to say he has the reponsibility of being a parent too. But he is definitely the victim of a very strange upbringing and so should we expext him to be normal - whatever normal may be?

I always said from the start that he was not guilty!

I blame the way he is on the horrible upbringing he had from his weird father!

It got me really emotional when on the news last night it showed him leaving his ranch and all his staff lined up and held hands.

I believe that man is special and there are a lot of people in the world that love him and I also feel very sorry for what he has been put through his whole life.

I honest-to-god think MJ is to be pitied and because I believe his mental age appears to be more in tune with that of a child (because he was never aloud to be one himself) - he does silly things that in his mind is OK (coz he thinks of himself as a kid) when he needs to be more adult! I don't think MJ would ever sexually abuse and I do think that the accusers have had money on their minds the whole time (the mother did it once before for goodness sake). I do feel that Michael will probably become a recluse after this but I hope he can get back to some sort of normality - whatever that may be

Mrs Geek you took the words right out of my mouth. He was never allowed a childhood and think about it, what man/adult in his right mind would spend millions of dollars on a funfair, for other peoples kids, to put in his back garden. I don't think so, this funfair is for him!!! He is still very much a child and yes he has psycological issues but that does not make him criminal. I think he is very naive and easily fooled. Even his ex wife said he was generours to a fault. Now if there is one person who I would believe before these kids it's his wife, some of these kids were trained to lie under oath, I think this is sick and greedy. I have admired Michael Jackson all my life, I've followed every story and read about his life and I never believed for a second that he was guilty when this whole thing started!!

Well that's my ramble over! :)

I gotta say Glynis I am with you on this. Ask Sam - no one and I mean no one hates pervs (in all senses) more than I - I have two boys - I imagine things and I feel sick to my stomach - I honest-to-god think MJ is to be pitied and because I believe his mental age appears to be more in tune with that of a child (because he was never aloud to be one himself) - he does silly things that in his mind is OK (coz he thinks of himself as a kid) when he needs to be more adult! I don't think MJ would ever sexually abuse and I do think that the accusers have had money on their minds the whole time (the mother did it once before for goodness sake). I do feel that Michael will probably become a recluse after this but I hope he can get back to some sort of normality - whatever that may be.... it sounds wierd but I would trust him with both Haydn and Dexter - I can't explain why - I just would! :|

I really agree with you Mrs Geek!
I think that Micheal Jackson is not mentally competent in many ways. Not sure if he may have done some of the things he is acused of - but if he did, i think it's due to him just not being mentally an adult, and that even if he did, he isn't completely to blame for those actions (doesn't make them right, obviously!)

i dont know if he is guilty only he and the child or children in question know the truth too that one,
so no-one can say hand on heart he did or he didnt, as i dont think anyone here knows him personally enough to have confidence in saying either.
but reguards to the children being allowed to stay over one night and then go to their parents and say they all slept in the same room would stop my kids ever going over again whether he touched them or not.(so i do blame the mothers)
with reguards if he isnt innocent and its down to his up bringing well hey thats ok isnt it.............i dont think,
yes he is a musical genius yes he had his childhood stolen from him(oooh so have a lot of people) his dad beat him (so have a lot of people) but we wouldnt alow a normal 40 something guy who was beaten by his dad, and had his childhood stolen sleep in the same room as our child, would we
they found adult porn.....thats fine...its a bloke thing................but i didnt think it was a child thing and thats how jackson portray's himself...peter pan which i am sure peter pan didnt read adult porn,
he is either a full man , likes looking at the ladies, or his is vunerable and sleeps with kids.....mmmmn strange which ever way you look at it. he contradicts himself.......and thats his downfall

Nobody really knows the truth but Michael Jackson.

I feel that he's to be pitied. He's obviously addicted to drugs and drink by the sounds of it. He had a terrible childhood and he's mentally ill. He appears to have locked his mind at the age of a small child and that's why I think he didn't see anything wrong with sharing a bed.

If he's supposed to be a child molester, then why haven't more of the thousands of kids that have been to Neverland come forward.

The accusers mother and all the other parents that have allowed their children to stay at the ranch, let alone share his bed, should be investigated by social services for neglect.

I believe that he's weird and needs help but that doesn't make him a child molester. Once again, they were out to get his money.

Finally, I wish he would grow up and get into the real world. I hope that he gets the help he needs.

My opinion is the same as Glynis and Sam and Mike.

Poor Michael ... misguided ... the wrong people around him ... a genius in his field ... naive ... sad ... stupid even, but a pervert ... not on your life.

The ones who have really exploited and screwed up their children, are the parents who have used them and made them lie for the hope of money out of this case. Not one witness had any other motive but to gain from a guilty verdict.

Glad to see justice done but it will still be at the cost of Michael Jacksons life, for the rest of his life.

I hope he learns from this and keeps his distance from young boys, I hope this doesnt make him feel he is beyond the law. I am not saying he did or didnt, just that he would be a fool to put himself in that situation for a third time.

I can't wait to hear new material from him.

I may be speaking out of turn here but i think the person who should have stood trail for child abuse is the boys mother!!!!!

What sort of a mother does this to get money and now they are going to get millions for their story............all she wanted was the nmoney and she didnt care how she got it........

Micheal should now learn from this, get on with his life and get back to doing what he does best.......making excellent music

Exactly what I said in my post too. So I entirely agree!!

Ive always asked the question, What kind of parents would allow their children to go and 'stay over' unchapperoned at a 'star's' secluded ranch anyway?? There would be a bazillion flunkies there who could be from anywhere and capable of doing anything not just MJ!

These people are 'pond life' in my opinion.

I cant believe with all those people around him (who are paid silly amounts of money) to advise him and no-one told him that what he was doing wasn't the done thing and that it may/could be seen as wrong...they let him carry on because all they want is the wage...they don't advise him...they are nodding sheep's who agree with everything he says and tell him how wonderful he is...when what he really needed was someone to trust who would have explained that he cant have kids to sleep over with out there parents cos it may look odd. BUT....i also have another view to this...pedo's are very clever...they say and do things in such a way that makes you believe what they are saying....he might be just a clever pedo....admitting all the kids sleeping over as innocent cos surely a real pedo wouldn't do this....have the play ground and stuff cos again it covers up what his real intensions are !!!! i am not saying this is the case and i hope it isn't for that sake of those kids but i think both are a possability.....so on the fence i sit.... getting crowded on here ...xxx

Sorry...I disagree with a lot of people on here...I think the verdict was a travesty...I would not be surprised if money has changed hands and that is what secured his verdict.

I dont care what kind of childhood you had...personally mine was terrible but i dont go around making friends with monkeys and dangling my kids of balconies.

If he lived in this country he would have had his kids taken off of him...it amounts to cruelty what he does to his kids...ie: not allow them out in public unless they wear masks, dangling them off balconies!!! He is one messed up individual.
This is my personal opinion:mad:
