WELL I HOPE TO KEEP MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTION THIS NEXT YEAR

LEARN HOW TO COOK INSTEAD OF JUST BUYING BOOKS AND WATCHIN COOKING PROGRAMMES IN THE HOPE IT WILL TURN ME INTO NIGELLA XX:hug:

To make a concerted effort to lose a little weight.

To spend as much time with my friends and family as I can.

Enjoy my life to the best of my ability and not whinge about stupid little things.

no 1 : to be super healthy and slim

no 2 : get of my lazy bum and live life to the full

no 3 : to try something new every month

sure i said the same last year

To take one day at a time.

To never forget how lucky I am to be in a job I love, to have a successful little business, and to have learnt the serenity and maturity that enables me to be in a lovely relationship.

To learn a little self confidence.

In no particular order:

1. To reach goal weight
2. To get much fitter
3. To stop having fags when I have a drink
4. To get up earlier
5. To do more at the weekend than veg
6. To be more organised and focused
7. To be a better mum (although I think I am pretty good)
8. To not be late picking Dexter up
9. To be thankful ALWAYS
10. To be POSITIVE always
11. To be wealthy, healthy and happy - ALWAYS
12. To be more organised in what I cook on a nightime
13. Plan the day before for the day after!
14. To enjoy being 40!!! :) (although I have a few months to go)...

that's it for now!

Easy really to loose weight but most of all to BE HAPPY:green:

To accept what I cant change

Brilliant one Lell.

I need to be more positive.

Try to stop smoking.

I will add to this later as I think of more.
