P&W sculpts using Geeg's secret recipe

I've been practising my sculpting since Xmas, and I have done these pink & whites for a client this morning, using Geeg's secret recipe for the free edge.

I'm feeling more confident with my sculpts now lol. I used to be scared as they always looked so complicated.

Clients please with the end result.

there are a few bubbles on the pinkie & the ring fingers' smile is not as crisp due to me pulling too much pink over i think.

They take a bit more filing than when I do a tip & overlay, not so much on the tops, but the side walls & free edge.
When I take the forms off they look a bit wide and have very wobbly edges lol!

I can't wait to get it so they look sleeker at the edges before I file!

bev,
when i scuplt, i say to my clients dont worry about what they look like when i take the forms off, i will file them into shape
as when isculpt i tuck the edges in, but sometimes one bit sets before i have done it and its usually the very edge or the free edge so can result in a scary looking nil!!
a few swipes and its neat again!! stop sweating
as long as the nail is there hidden in there, it doesnt matter, do you know what i mean?

Yes, I know what you mean Nikki!
When I fisrt started sculpting there was nothing 'in' there but a load of lumpy P&W.
Now I can see it. They just look a bit like the front page of Scratch mag when a bloke had the silver sculpts that looked like they were dripping off the end of his fingers lol!:lol: Well maybe not so extreme!

I'm getting better a swiping the side in more.
