Btw am now completely addicted to twitter iv been using it for about a month and find it a really useful networking tool. If you want to know quickly what is trending in the beauty industry at the mo its really quick way of finding out without trawling through the net for hours!

Depends what you mean for a business tool - can you use it as a direct sales channel? No, not really. But as a really quick, instant way of communicating and sharing interesting info, it's a brilliant way of doing it.
