I´ve done my L&P training this weekend with the wonderful Gigi  (aka geeg), up until now I´ve specialised in fibreglass and gel and never had any L&P training, I have been desperate to be a full service technician and now I am :green:

We (Gigi and I) thought you might like to have a look at my progression from the nail trainer to my model (who was Sassy Hassy )

The techniques I learnt (which are very different to using gel) have given me enough confidence to offer L&P to my clients as from now!

Here are a few pics, please let me know what you think of them.

Nice work Sandi - natural and gorgeous - what any client would love to wear!

I'm sure you meant no disrespect by this remark but these nails are not only good for a first set, they are good by anyones standards .. I'd be proud to say I did them. :green: They look quite natural and not like something plonked on top of someones nails. They look LIKE her nails (only better). The shape she chose suits the hands perfectly.

We worked hard on technique. Especially product placement, brush technique and doing the finished nail with the brush ... very little final buffing to finish. And of course Sandi is an experienced technician with Brisa Gels and Wraps so we didn't have to spend time on design or prep or finishing etc as she knows all that already. Just L&P

We used FYI .... CND Performance tips which need no blending. CND Perfect SOFT White powder and Perfect colour pink.

I'm very proud of her and she has trotted off home now to Valencia so will not be on line for an hour or more!

Sandi, you are a true natural. Beautiful nails! Thers no stopping you now.:green:

Sandi they look absolutely lovely - so natural, I would be very proud ! Thanks for posting the pics of all the stages to its always interesting to everyone else to see.:)

Beautiful Work, I am amazed that they are your first set, I wouldn't have been surpised if you had been doing them for years, and what a fab shine xxx

they look gorgeous sandi.
very natural looking and just how nails should look in my opinion.
i would be very proud to wear these but i would be even prouder to say that i did them.you should be exteremly proud of yourself for what you have accomplished.its true what they say you are only as good as the person that taught you and that definately shows here.
congratulations you will have a great future also as an l&p tech.xxx
