Dotting tool. You can also do it with tooth pick if you don't have a dotting tool.

What fab nail art! You're so creative (no pun intended ) and I imagine it takes time to develop this level of skill!
I love how you have your model pose with CND Shellac and Polish bottles, I think that's really effective and presumably these go on your website?
This may seem like a daft question, but what camera do you use to take your photos, only when I try to take photos, since they're so close up, they always end up looking blurry and out of focus.
