Hello techs,

i recently started to have a play with some ezflow products that i had gotten from the ezflow distrib. to do a tutorial on 3D design.
I have had the products since last year april/ may, so about a year ago and had only used it for 3D work. I recently used the powders on myself for a rebalance and they looked good and stay perfectly. I know that your beads should be slightly wetter with ezflow then creative but is there some kind of going going gone rule like with creative to know when the mix is spot on? Could it also be that ezflow is less ratio sensitive since they stay very well for my first time use and i am pretty sure that my mix hasn't been spot on all the time :green: I was expecting some lifting here and there, espacially on my wrong hand.
By the way, one more question of topic...whats the lifespan of the monomor and polymer of ezflow? Just wondering since i have them about a year now.

Thx in advance everyone

I think you have got it spot on already.
Yes the mix ratio is slighly wetter than you are used to as with Q monomer and A polymer powders it is 2 parts liquid to 1 part powder.
It is much more forgiving if you haven't got it spot on....it is still very controllable and will stay put.
The lifespan is 3 years so you are OK with that too.

Thx a lot for replying! I am happy to hear that my products are still good since they last op to three years.
One more question... am i just imagening it or is ezflow a harder product then creative?

There is no such thing as a good Christian like mix ratio that is 'more forgiving' than another. Chemistry is chemistry, and regardless of the system you use the further that you move out of the designated mix ratio (in this case 2:1) the more you increase the likelihood of service breakdown.

HTHs!

I see in your post, you are experimenting with 3D.

Ratios are completely different for 3D work and there are many secrets involved (even mixing acetone with monomer).

If you are genuinly interested in this kind of thing, you should do a course, there are a few 3D masters around and they will share their secrets with you, if you do their courses.

Oh thx for replying but i am used to working with ezflow products 3D wise but i was just wondering what the perfect mix ratio was if i wanted to use it on a natural nail for optimum adhesion.
I actually hold 3D courses myself :o lol

It is harder to file for sure than CND.

Wow, your work is absolutely fabulous! xx

As was said previously, you do work wetter with EZ Flow than with Creative, but if you work too wet, you can get the product breaking down and being brittle or weak.

It is harder to file than Creative, but i have never found that to be a problem for me.

Thx a lot for all the informative feedback. I really love this website :green: such cool people on here

Don't think there's anything I can add to this really . . . . but just had to say your work is amazing!

It is harder to file for sure than CND.

what makes it harder, i love to know the chemistry.
and does it being harder or softer give other benefits?

just thought i would say that the 3d pics are brilliant
