Just for fun ..... and to see how we differ (or care), what did you eat lastnight.
I had a tinned spaghetti sauce (meat included), I also sautéed some fresh garlic, onions and capsicum, then added some fresh oregano (from my balcony), with wholegrain spaghetti, smothered in butter and freshly ground white pepper, with lots of fresh parsley (from my balcony), just to make it more interesting and less "processed".
Pretty healthy really, but it was washed down with a few glasses of Chardonnay.
I eat pretty well most nights (cooking relaxes/unwinds me), I do takeaway probably once a week, but it's relatively balanced and I do think about what's in the takeaway.
However, I often don't eat much during the day.
I'm no saint, I skip breakfast, I drink and I smoke, but I really enjoy good food most nights.
This ain't a competition, it's just to see what kind of stuff we eat.
I'm thinking of doing some quick food videos soon.....
